A healthy balanced lifestyle is required to make successful learning and development possible. ABM’s Sports Department organizes a wide variety of indoor and outdoor sport activities for its students and staff, lectures and workshops on work/study and life balance.
ABM’s sports facilities (sport hall, center field, and outdoor group exercise public area) are a perfect location for the activities and provide all interested with a comfortable and familiar environment.
ABM student teams of both genders are participating in local and national tournaments and in friendly matches aside from the regular training sessions.
Sustainability and leadership concept took place in sports activities, since 2013 ABM introduced The Sailing Program, camping and recently swimming and diving with the whale shark to sports activities as practical awareness about health and environment.
House systems
- Equips students to be leader for tomorrow and gives opportunity to showcase their leadership skills.
- Elections and voting facilities are promoted.
- Captain and vice-captains are chosen with fair competition.

- An inter house sports day is conducted.
- Friendly competitions are convened.
- Activities like quizzes, debate and poster making competitions are conducted.

- Clubs like debate, drama, arts, gardening, cooking, crochet, calligraphy, sports, psychology, etc. are active.
- Activities to relieve students stress and monotony of learning.
- Clubrooms are a learning experience for both students and teachers.
- Short trips are organised- museums, pottery factory etc.
- Aids to understand the subjects better.
- Take in motivation and inspiration from what they see.
